Voters in one area school district rejected a school expansion plan, while voters in another approved a $25-million dollar project on Tuesday.Voters in Byron voted to authorize the construction of a new school building that will be used for pre-school through 2nd grade programs.  The ballots were still being counted late Tuesday night, but the margin of yes to no votes was large enough to indicate approval.  In the Grand Meadow School District, a $13.7 million dollar plan to add onto the community's distinctive "domes" school was shot down with almost double the number of no votes to yes votes.
