A new report shows there was a sizable jump in foreclosure activity in Minnesota last month.Figures compiled by the firm RealtyTrac show there were almost 1,250 foreclosure-related filings in the state in March.  That’s up over 30-percent from February, but is almost 35-percent below the total from March of last year.  The report also shows foreclosure activity rose 6-percent in the first quarter of this year compared with the final three months of 2013, while overall activity was down about 35-percent from the first quarter of last year.
