— Yesterday's game between the Detroit Tigers and Minnesota Twins was postponed because of rain. No makeup date has been set. Right-hander Kyle Gibson was slated to start for the Twins on Sunday but will now be pushed back to Tuesday against the Dodgers, as the order of the rotation will remain the same. Gibson threw a bullpen session despite the rain on Sunday in order to stay sharp for Tuesday's outing.

Fans holding tickets to the postponed game have two options: they can use their tickets for the rescheduled game, or utilize the value of their ticket (amount paid) as a voucher toward any future Twins regular-season game in 2014. Any exchanges must be made at the Target Field box office at least 48 hours prior to the rescheduled game.

Sunday marked the second time a game had been postponed due to weather at Target Field this season. It was also the 10th postponed game at Target Field since it opened in 2010.

Tuesday's game coverage begins at 6:40 with the pre-game on 1340 KROC AM.
