Guilty consciences

Rochester police arrested two men who stole a man’s wallet and went on a spending spree Friday evening - but then, felt bad about what they did

and told the victim.  One of the 20 year old men lives at the Colby Manor apartment complex in the 1800 block of 2nd street southwest.  He and the other man found the door of another tenant was unlocked and they went inside, grabbed the wallet and fled. They used the victim’s credit cards to purchase multiple items - including a $200 bong.  They later felt guilty and told the victim, who contacted police.
