(Rochester.com) -- The Rochester Honkers defeated the Duluth Huskies 7-6 Monday night in Duluth. Spencer Greer (Dixie State) earned the win for Rochester after allowing just one run in four innings of relief and Brac Warren (Oregon) picked up the save.

Duluth took an early lead with two runs in the second inning but Joe DeRoche-Duffin(UCONN) hit a three run home-run, his tenth of the season, in the top of the fourth to put Rochester on top. That lead wouldn’t last long though, as the Huskies plated three runs in the bottom of the inning to go up 5-3.

Duluth took a 6-5 lead in the bottom of the sixth, but the Honkers responded with two runs in the top of the seventh on a pair of singles from Alex Schultz and Miles Mastrobuoni.

The Honkers next home game will be Wednesday, at 7:05 p.m.  It will be the second half of a split doubleheader with Waterloo.
