No ID yet of Olmsted County fire victim

An autopsy is scheduled today in an effort to make a positive ID of the body found in a burned outrural Olmsted County home yesterday. A passerby heard a noise and then saw smoke at the farm site located in the 3700 block of County Road 107, halfway between Elgin and Eyota around 10 a.m. and called 911. Fire crews arrived to find the residence engulfed in flames. The body was found after the fire was put out. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
