RPD updates locations of two sex offenders

The Rochester Police Department is releasing some new information concerning the whereabouts of two local convicted sex offenders. The department says 39 year old Kevin Tyrone Williams recently changed his address from the 300 block of 10th avenue northeast to the 800 block of 9th avenue southeast. Williams has a history of sexual contact with adult victims he knew. In one case, he broke into a victim’s home.

The other notification involves 27 year old Derek Thomas Jeter, who has moved from the county’s halfway house to a residence in the 800 block of 4th street southeast. Jeter has a history of sexual contact with male and female children between the ages of 7 and 15. Police say he knew the victims.
