Rushford-Peterson Won, While Caledonia Lost in Semi-Finals

Rushford-Peterson held off Maranantha Christian Academy this afternoon to advance to the championship game in the Class A State High School Boy's Basketball Tournament. The final score of today's semi-final round contest at Target Center was 53-51.  Rushford-Peterson will face Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa in the Class A title game at noon on Saturday.

In Class 2A, Caledonia lost to Annandale 81-76 in the semi-finals and will play for third place tomorrow at noon at Concordia College.

Austin will battle DeLaSalle for the Class 3A title at Target Center beginning at 6 p.m., followed by the Class 4A championship game between Lakeville North and Hopkins.
