Towns and Wiggins Lead Wolves Over Suns
Minneapolis, MN (Learfield) -- Minnesota's Karl-Anthony Towns put up 28 points and 15 rebounds in the Timberwolves' 115-108 win against the Phoenix Suns last night at the Target Center.
Andrew Wiggins added 26, while Zach LaVine totaled 23 and hit four of Minnesota's seven threes. The T'wolves have won two-of-three.
The Suns hurt themselves by missing 10 free throws and turning the ball over 17 times. Eric Bledsoe had a team-high 27 points for the Suns, who are in the midst of a three-game losing streak.
That was the first home win for the Timberwolves since November 17. Miinnesota plays at Atlanta tomorrow night.
