VIDEO: Twins’ Ballboy Makes Spectacular Foul-Ball Catch

We see and hear about professional athletes making outstanding plays every day of the year... but this time around, it was the ballboy who saved a fan from what could have been a scary situation.

In the ninth inning of last night’s Twins-Orioles game, a ballboy ,who was sitting in foul territory down the first baseline, used his catlike reflexes to snag a screaming foul ball that was heading straight toward a young boy sitting in the stands.

Had he not stabbed the ball, who knows what would have happened...

With the Twins having the worst start to a season in team history, at least the fans had something to cheer about last night at the ballpark.  I say sign the kid to a minor-league contract and see if he can hit too!
