The Vikings announced Wednesday that they are now taking nominations for their second annual “Minnesota Football Program of the Year” award.

If you remember, Caledonia High School were the first award winners in 2015.  Running back Matt Asiata plus wide receivers Isaac Fruechte (who's a native of Caledonia) and Charles Johnson all showed up at their high school and bonded with players on the team.

Not only will the winning school be visited by both Vikings players and cheerleaders, they'll also receive a $10,000 check.

The winning school will be announced at U.S. Bank Stadium on December 1st during the Vikings-Cowboys game.

You have until Oct. 4 to submit an entry, and you enter those right here.
