12 Area Teams Ranked in This Week’s High School Volleyball Rankings

The high school fall sports season is quickly winding down as postseason play is right around the corner. There was some movement in this week's rankings, but all the #1s remained the same from last week's rankings.

Class A Minnesota High School Volleyball Rankings

There was some movement in the Class A rankings this week as Section 1 representative Spring Grove jumped up a spot from #9 to #8, and MACCRAY fell one spot from #8 to #9.

The rest of the Top 10 remained the same as Section 1 representatives Bethlehem Academy was #4, Mabel-Canton at #5, and Kenyon-Wanamingo at #6.

We have a big Southeast Conference showdown coming up Thursday night on 103.1 KFIL as #5 Mabel-Canton hosts #8 Spring Grove. First serve is set for 7:15 p.m.

#6 Kenyon-Wanamingo has a big matchup with #6 in Class AAA Stewartville this week on Tuesday night.

Class AA Minnesota State Volleyball Rankings

Two teams in Section 1 were ranked in the Top 10 this week. Zumbrota-Mazeppa jumped up one spot from #3 to #2 while Cannon Falls fell from #5 to #6. The Cougars have a tough matchup with #9 in Class AAA Byron this week. While Cannon Falls as a matchup with #3 in Class AAA Kasson-Mantorville this week.

Nova Classical remained at #1 this week.

Class AAA Minnesota High School Volleyball Rankings

The 10 teams remained the same in the latest Class AAA rankings remained the same, but there was some movement between the 10 squads.

Section 1 squads Kasson-Mantorville, Stewartville, and Byron stayed in the Top 10. K-M remained at #3, Stewartville fell from #5 to #6, and Byron fell from #8 to #9. Mahtomedi moved from #10 to #8 and Alexandria fell from #9 to #10. Grand Rapids moved up from #6 to #5.

Kasson-Mantorville matches up with #6 in Class AA Cannon Falls this week and #11 in Class AAAA Rochester Century. Stewartville battles #6 in Class A Kenyon-Wanamingo, and Byron has a matchup with #2 in Class AA Zumbrota-Mazeppa.

Class AAAA Minnesota High School Volleyball Rankings

Three teams in Section 1 are ranked in the Top 10, while two more teams are slotted in the #11 and #12 spots in the rankings in Rochester Century and Rochester Mayo.  Lakeville North remained at #2, Northfield stayed at #4 and Lakeville South remained at #6.

Rochester Mayo and Northfield will have a big showdown in Northfield on Tuesday night.
