Although Minnesota’s unemployment rate remained at 4.6 percent between November and December, employers added 9500 jobs last month.  State officials also say the November employment report was revised to reflect an additional 1700 jobs.  Department of Employment and Economic Development Commissioner Katie Clark Sieben says the final report of 2013 ended on a positive note as the number of jobs that were added to the economy during the year totaled nearly 46,000.  She says  manufacturing was the only sector to lose jobs during 2013 and the number was small - 400 fewer than at the end of 2013.
