As times change, places and buildings come and go. At one time a town may have been booming but for whatever reason, one day, everyone left. Or maybe a business had a shop that didn't do well and then no one took over the location after they left.

All around Minnesota we have different abandoned spots, some more well-known than others. All of the abandoned places that we're going to look at right now are ones I knew nothing about until I did some research.

A quick disclaimer before we talk about these abandoned places more: DO NOT trespass. Don't go into these places. As far as I'm aware, they are not open for the public to enter, so don't do it.

Be a good person and enjoy from a distance. Plus it can be quite dangerous to go into an abandoned place.

However, there IS an abandoned place you're able to tour in Minnesota if you're interested!

Abandoned Place in Minnesota Where You Can Take a Tour

If you DO want to go explore an abandoned site, you can pay a visit to the Mill City Ruins at the Mill City Museum in Minneapolis. It's a really cool place, I visited it during a school field trip back in the day. If you haven't been I would recommend it.
