Crack attack on dog

A Rochester man was taken to the local detox center over the weekend after seriously injuring his dog.  Police say the 44 year old man was on crack Saturday when he stabbed the dog in the neck, cutting its windpipe.  The dog is expected to recover.  The man told officers he became upset at the dog because it swore at him.  He is expected to be charged with a felony.
