Rochester Civic Music just announced the return of the popular "Think Bank Down by the Riverside" FREE outdoor concert series and they are going to kick it off in style. The first concert, presented by Quick Country 96.5, will feature an award-winning country artist.

This will be the 29th year the city's music department has produced the outdoor concert series. Each year they showcase local, state, and regional talent and feature national acts too. This year will be no different. You can see the performance schedule which includes country, 90s pop/rock, and classic rock headliners below.

Who Is Playing Rochester's Down By The Riverside Concerts in 2021

Down By The Riverside Concerts are held at Mayo Park which is located behind the Mayo Civic Center. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on. Coolers are also allowed and on-site concessions will be available.

Each concert will also include a local band/artist. The openers scheduled to perform this year are country singer Luke Hendrickson, blues band Bluedog, Push & Turn, the indie-rock band Amateur, Thomas & the Shakes, and Fred the Bear.

2021 Drive-In Movies at the Olmsted Co. History Center

Drive-In movies are back for the summer of 2021. Pandemic Pictures will be showing movies each Friday and Saturday from May through October at the Olmsted Co. History Center in Rochester. *The Drive-In is closed for a private event on Saturday, May 22nd.
