Flu Activity Now Rated As “Sporadic”

The Minnesota Health Department saw a significant decline in the number of people seeking treatment for flu-like symptoms last week, and overall flu activity in the state was downgraded from “local” to “sporadic.” Even though the end of the flu season is approaching, the health department still received 22 reports of flu-related hospitalizations and 2 schools reported probable outbreaks last week.
