The National Weather Service in La Crosse is urging motorists to use extra caution this morning. Their latest Facebook post warns, "Patchy freezing drizzle from earlier this morning has resulted in some slippery stretches across parts of southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa."

At 5:00 AM (Tuesday January 28th) the Minnesota Department of Transportation reported many roads in our area are partially covered with ice.  Allow yourself extra time to travel this morning and remember to buckle up.
