High-Risk Sex Offender Relocates To Rochester Residence
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The Rochester Police Department has issued an advisory about a convicted sex offender who has moved to a southeast residence.
Police say 42-year-old Terry Ross is a Level 3 sex offender, which means he poses a high risk to re-offend.
According to police, Ross “has a history of sexual contact with known female teenagers. Contact included penetration. Ross has used force to gain compliance."
He recently moved to a home in the 2700 block of Knollwood Drive SE.
