Illinois Couple Takes Romantic Trip to Wi, With $250k of Cocaine
O.k., o.k., so maybe it wasn't meant to be a romantic trip...These two for sure didn't love the end results. What started (I'm guessing) as a business trip up north didn't end well for these two Illinois folks. They were busted with 1/4 Million Dollars worth of cocaine in Wisconsin! WeAreGB
Sulstine Brown-Robinson and Tony T. Wooden who are both from Chicago, and were pulled over on I-39/90 near WIS 59 in the Township of Fulton. A traffic stop ended this trip through the cheddar curtain. Maybe a little wine and cheese on their day planner?
The arresting officer said "who's a good boy" and called on his partner, K9 partner Kamo. Well this isn't going to end well for the lovebirds. What was a substantial amount of illegal drugs in a car for these two, was a fun game for the dog!
K-9 Kamo found the goods, and the couple were arrested in Wisconsin...So much for that Limburger sandwich and a Spotted Cow, am I right?
The totals on the drug bust was 7095 grams of cocaine, which has a street value of over a quarter million dollars, $260,000.
Possession with the intent to deliver was the charge. Anything over 40 grams of cocaine is determined to be "intent to deliver" in Wisconsin.
