Duluth's Best Bread has announced they are opening up a new, temporary, pop-up location in the Miller Hill Mall. The location will have limited hours and will be open for the next two weeks. If customer demand is strong, they may open a permanent location on top of the hill.

Duluth's Best Bread operates three locations besides the pop-up spot. They have a Duluth Best Bread in downtown Duluth, in Lincoln Park, and one on Tower Avenue in Superior.

Co-owner Robert Lillegard says customers have been asking for a spot on the hill for some time:

“People have been asking for us to open a spot near Hermantown for years,” Lillegard says. “The mall has great parking—a sore spot for our other locations—and it’s close to other shopping like Sam’s or Costco or Target. This will be easier for people to pick up their croissants on one errand instead of making a separate trip downtown.”

The pop-up location will be in the space that was 'Something Sweet by Maddi Lu,' which recently closed. The space is just off the food court.

It will be open from 10 am to 2 pm Wednesday through Saturday for "at least the next two weeks." They say the next two weeks will allow them to gauge interest in customers for a permanent spot over the hill.
