A Canadian Snack Gem Found At Your Local Kwik Trip
My daughter asks me all the time if we can go to Kwik Trip after school. It's a special middle-of-the-week treat I save for Wednesdays. This last week, on our stop, she spotted a new product on the shelves.
While this isn't an Urge product from Kwik Trip (That's their own brand), it's still a pretty hard-to-find snack. That's because it's imported from Canada, and it's not available at just any retailer. But Kwik Trip seems to have the jump on it, and I'm loving it.
Old Dutch Arriba Sour Cream & Onion Rings is now showing up on shelves, and it's fantastic. If you like Funnyions, you'll love these. It's a crisp, crunch, and perfectly sour cream and onion flavored ring.
They're made by Old Dutch Canada. You can see some early versions were 'Humpty' Dumpty" rings before they were branded for US stores. Old Dutch Canada has some other flavors as well online like the nacho, or sweet chili lime.
Here at my local Kwik Trip, it's priced at $2.49. It's a decent-sized bag, with 150 calories per serving or 450 calories for the whole bag. I would count on eating all 450 calories because it's hard to stop at just a handful.

I've been trying to find some to order from Amazon, but I can't find them online. So far, the only place I've seen them is at Kwik Trip. Have you seen these at your grocery store? If so, let me know!
