New Luxury Apartments Are Coming To Downtown Duluth
My wife and I were downtown last week when we noticed construction work going on next to Essentia Health. We both assumed it was part of the new Essentia complex, expanding down to Superior Street. That wasn't the case.
The Lakevivew
Instead, it's actually luxury apartments called "The Lakeview." They're calling themselves Duluth's Most Distinctive Residences, offering an unobstructed view of Lake Superior.
Some of the amenities they provide include bike storage, a game room, community lounge, complimentary coffee bar, dog area and pet wash, EV charging stations, fitness center, grilling stations, a courtyard, and outdoor terrace with a lakeview.

There are also commercial spaces for businesses to operate in. Landmark Services Company, LLC is building the Lakeview, and signs say they should open in Fall 2025. That's any day now.
Pricing + Availability
They don't currently have specific pricing per unit, but they expect the units to range in price from $1,500 to $4,600 per month. They will offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
Premium Apartments VS Standard Apartments
They will offer premium apartments that have a view of Lake Superior. The standard apartments will have a view of Duluth's hillside and the Lakeview courtyard.
The Lakeview is located at 333 East Superior Street and is connected directly to the skywalk system for easy access. The Lakewalk is located across the street, connecting residents to 7 miles of paved walkways.
