The court document alleges he was in his mid-20’s when he began sexually abusing a young girl in 2014

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- An arrest warrant has been issued for a Rochester man who is accused of repeatedly sexually abusing a child more than 10 years ago.

The warrant was filed in Olmsted County Court on Wednesday. The charges stem from an interview conducted by the Rochester Police Department in May. 

The victim first reported the alleged sexual abuse to her therapist.

Arrest Warrant: Rochester Repeatedly Sexually Assaulted Young Girl in Rochester Home

36-year-old Nicholas Colby George Iskierka is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct

The court document alleges he was in his mid-20’s when he began sexually abusing a young girl in 2014. During her interview with police, the victim alleged Iskierka sexually assaulted her repeatedly while he was living in the same home as her.

She was 5-6 years old when the alleged sex abuse occurred at the Rochester residence, the complaint says. 

The charges alleged Iskierka also showed the young girl pornographic videos to show her what she should do.

Iskierka moved out of the young victim’s home in 2017. Iskierka’s address is currently not known to law enforcement, the warrant says.
