Inside Mick Jagger’s $1.8M Florida Hideaway Home

When you're the most recognizable rock star on the planet, you need somewhere quiet to retreat to when you're done dancing and singing your way across the globe. For Mick Jagger, that place is located in Western Florida, just south of Tampa Bay.

The 79-year-old Rolling Stones frontman and his longtime choreographer girlfriend, Melanie Hamrick, set up their American homestead in Sarasota, in the gated community of Lakewood Ranch.

In the 5,700 square foot home, you'll find coffered ceilings spanning the gathering room, you'll find a breakfast room, and a kitchen fit for any chef complete with high-end appliances.

Located right on the community's lake, you'll find the floor-to-ceiling windows show off a beautiful panoramic view of the lake throughout the house.

Multiple outdoor rooms provide a cozy way to spend the evenings where the weather might not be ideal to sit out on the patio, like the expansive terrace off the main bedroom.

There's a full summer kitchen outside, a fireplace, an open-air pool, a spa, and covered dining areas.

The primary suite gets its own wing of the home, with a veranda and summer kitchen, fireplace, and its own stairwell to the main level.
