YUM!!! Another New Food Truck Now Open in Rochester
Just over a month ago, I found out that across the street from where I work was one of the most adorable kiosks. Lucky for me, it also has some of the most delicious food in Rochester too! Today, I can confirm that this adorable place now has a food truck open as well.

New Food Truck Officially Open in Rochester, Minnesota
If you missed the big news about a month ago, Bloom Acai has expanded! Not just once, though - they now have three locations in Rochester.
Location #1 - This brick-and-mortar spot opened up about two years ago near Costco. The building is also home to Great Harvest Bread Company, First Alliance Credit Union, Doma, and Bloom Acai Cafe.
Location #2 - A kiosk for Blook Acai Cafe has popped up at One Discovery Square at 202 4th Street SW (Get Directions). This is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm.
Location #3 - Bloom Acai now has a food truck! The new Blossom Trailer was open the other day and if you are craving some superfoods, you can find it at 304 6th Street SW.
(The only reason why I found out that this place was open was because we have a million detours going on with road construction - in case you weren't aware - and the detour I had to take led me here.)

What Type Of Food Does Bloom Acai Serve?
According to The Native Foods Company, Acai has several health benefits, including: strengthening your immune system, a great source of healthy energy, fights premature aging, lowers cholesterol levels, controls blood pressure, improves bowel function.
