I'm sorry for what I am going to say this weekend when I'm feeling so hot that I think my insides are melting.

The temps in Minnesota the next few days are going to make all of us feel sticky and gross.  Most of Southeast Minnesota is aiming to hit close to 90 degrees and Iowa is supposed to have a heat index of 106 on Saturday. Not only will you get to swat at mosquitos while you are outside but you will also melt into the concrete.  Summer is fun.  If you have to sit outside at baseball games for the kids or have a job that feels the hot sun, check out the tips below that are a bit unusual but will help keep your body cool.
