Grand Opening Just Announced For New Donut Shop Opening in Rochester, Minnesota

2019 was a big year for those who love donuts because this was the start of the now-famous Parlor Doughnuts.  It all started with a shop in Indiana and a dream to have amazing donuts and stellar coffee.

Since that first shop started mixing its flaky, buttery dough, the company has expanded into 17 states.  I'm not sure what genius realized that Rochester was the perfect spot for its next home, but I'm so glad that they are bringing one to our area!  I went to Five Daughters Bakery in Nashville, who is also known for its layered donuts, and I will say...THEY ARE AMAZING!  This is the first Parlor Doughnuts though in Minnesota...so I guess we are the favorite city of the state.

I happened to be on Facebook doing a bit of doomscrolling and noticed that the Grand Opening was announced for the new Parlor Doughnuts in Rochester.  You'd better find your stretchy pants because opening day is this Saturday, September 20th.  (Below is how you can get a free donut, btw!)
