Final Day Just Announced for Schmitt's Stride Rite In Rochester, Minnesota

About a month ago, Schmitt's Stride Rite shared the unfortunate news on its Facebook page that it has made the decision to close this summer.
It's with a heavy heart we announce that Schmitt's Stride Rite will be closing this summer. This decision wasn’t made lightly, it was made with a lot of intention and appreciation for the decades of good memories and the relationships we formed. It’s the end of an era, but our family is so grateful for our customers both near and far who made Schmitt’s Stride Rite a success for over forty years. A closing date will be set in the coming weeks. Announcements will be made here on Facebook, so watch this space! Starting today the entire store will be on sale from 20-75% off. THANK YOU for over 40 amazing years! We hope to see you once more before we close the door one final time.
The final day of sales and shopping has been announced. Your last day to stop in and shop at Schmitt's Stride Rite before it closes for good is Wednesday, August 6th, 2025.
