New Weather Alert Just Popped Up For Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin
Earlier tonight, while I was at the Y-105FM studio, I heard the weather guy give an update on our current weather conditions. I typically am working on other tasks and writing stories when I'm not talking on-air but his words caught my attention immediately. The word "freeze" was stated.
This was good news and bad news for everyone in Minnesota.
Hopefully, this freeze will finally get rid of the nasty no-see-ums that are flying all around us and are so annoying!

After I finished harvesting my rosemary plants, I sat down, opened up Facebook, and noticed another bit of news centered around our current weather. This time, I realized I was going to need to throw in a load of laundry. Below is the latest weather news from KTTC:
FIRST ALERT: Our first *Flannel Warning* has been issued for tomorrow! We'll have a chilly start with temps down in the 30s! 🍁😂
Thirty degrees! You might need to bring out a hat and a pair of gloves, too!
According to KTTC, a frost advisory has been issued for several counties in Minnesota. In other words, if you haven't covered your plants, you may want to go out and do that now.
Thankfully, we aren't seeing the word "snow" in the forecast, but it is going to be a lot colder than the gorgeous 86ish degrees that Rochester, Minnesota experienced just a few days ago on October 4th.
