If Rockford Was A Thanksgiving Dish, It’d Definitely Be This
It's comforting. It's at every Thanksgiving table. Sometimes, it's left untouched.
Stuffing. STUFFING! It's so underrated, in my opinion. Stuffing is made from scraps and leftover bread, turned into something worth fighting your cousins over. Plus, stuffing is the thing people go back for. You might load up your plate with everything at first, but when you return for seconds, you instantly think, "man, I'm glad I came back for more." Exactly how a lot of people feel about Rockford. They think moving away will fix all their problems, but when they return to visit family, they realize they've been missing out on some amazing things here.
In the end, I'd stick to stuffing as the most relatable to Rockford. Weird, but accurate.
