Illinois Man Arrested For Spending The Night In A Local Bar's Beer Garden
Most of us have been in a similar situation. You've had a few too many adult beverages, you make some bad decisions, and you end up getting into some trouble. According to Patch Elmhurst...
Police were called to a dispute about 5:30 p.m. Friday at The Club Shot & Beer, 113 N. Addison Ave. Officers were told that the suspect was staying overnight in the beer garden while drinking his own alcohol. The suspect was given a no-trespass notice.
Police in Elmhurst were called to a local bar after hours about some kind of disturbance. They were told that someone was tresspassing in the beer garden. When the officers arrived on the scene, they spotted the suspect hanging out on the patio. He made himself comfortable and wasn't planning on leaving anytime soon.

The cops observed that the suspect was also drinking beer. The funny thing about the situation was that he didn't steal the liquor from the bar. The intruder actually brought his own. Unfortunately for him, that's illegal too. Gotta give him credit for that mood. He didn't want to cooperate with the police, so he was arrested.
