I couldn't even imagine being a fugitive on the run from the law. You would have to worry about being caught every minute of every day. Always looking over your shoulder. According to Joliet Patch...
A 37-year-old former Wilmington resident, Nathan Kilburn, is back in the Will County Jail for the fourth time since late June and Joliet police say his latest arrest stemmed from an incident while riding his bicycle.
So here's what happened. The guy was riding his bike in the dark sometime just before 11pm. He didn't have any lights on his bicycle, which is apparently illegal. A police officer driving by spotted the bicyclist. He was concerned about his safety, so he stopped him. When being questioned by the cop, the suspect lied about his name. Eventually, he gave up his real one.

When the officer looked up his identity, he discovered the man was a fugitive and wanted for two outstanding warrants. He had been arrested four times in less than a year. When the police searched the suspect, he found illegal drugs. Now, the guy is back in jail where he belongs.
