ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) and Curt’s Peanut Butter Company of Cannon Falls are advising consumers with milk allergies to avoid consuming PB Crave Coco Bananas peanut butter after a routine facility inspection identified the product may have been exposed to milk. Persons who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk should not consume this product.

The PB Crave Coco Bananas peanut butter product was sold in 16 oz. jars. The affected lot codes are:

· #0513170 Best By 10/24/14

· #0513266 Best By 11/7/14

· #0513330 Best By 11/20/14

The PB Crave Coco Bananas peanut butter was sold and distributed at several stores in Minnesota and 24 other states and through online sales. Minnesota stores selling the product are Great Harvest Bread Company, The Produce Exchange, and Aspiresource, all located in Minneapolis, Ferndale Market in Cannon Falls, and The Woods in Maple Grove.

There have been no reports of illness associated with this product. Curt’s Peanut Butter Company is cooperating fully with the MDA.
