Chandeliers, amazing desserts, gorgeous...all words to describe the latest cafe and bakery that is opening up in downtown Rochester, Minnesota.  And what's even better is that the grand opening is on Tuesday, March 8th!

If you haven't heard the latest news in downtown Rochester, a brand new bakery and cafe is opening, and it is looking absolutely fabulous!  Mezza 9 Cafe & Bakery is opening up on 20 3rd Street SW and I know a few people that have had a sneak peek and they are loving the new place.

If you scroll through the photos on Mazz 9 Cafe & Bakery's Facebook page, you might start drooling because the food looks absolutely amazing!  Below are a few of the items that you'll find on the menu when you visit.

You'll find a variety of flavors of macarons including vanilla, strawberry cheesecake, pistachio, wildberry, Italian creme, fruity pebbles, birthday cake, lemonberry, salted caramel, cookies & creme, and raspberry-rose.

Four High Carrot Cake is another amazing dessert that you'll find on the menu at Mezza 9 Cafe & Bakery.  This carrot cake isn't like the others though because it is topped with a drizzle of white chocolate ganache.

If chocolate is something that you crave, order up the Five High Chocolate Cake or the Chocolate Lovin Cake that, according to the menu, is "a giant mouthful of chocolate pudding between two layers of dark moist, chocolate-drenched chocolate cake".
