The criminal complaint against 63-year-old Paul Collopy alleges he inappropriately touched the girl from April 2021 through May 2021 while he was tasked with caring for her and ensuring she went through her nighttime routine at her residence for two nights per week. The alleged assaults occurred after the girl had completed her nighttime routine. Collopy also allegedly convinced the girl to touch him while he was supervising her, the complaint states.

The complaint says the girl told her mother about the touching in May 2022.
