The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Department says 28 year old Lloyd Armstrong exposed himself to a jail detention deputy Wednesday. When he was later taken to court for a hearing, he did the same thing in front of a judge - even while handcuffed.  A spokesman says Armstrong later assaulted a detention deputy after being returned to his cell.  Armstrong was convicted of indecent exposure charges earlier this year and in 2012.  He was also convicted of a 4th degree criminal sexual conduct charge last month and given a 4 year prison term that was stayed for 10 years as long as he stayed out of trouble.
