A Rochester man was sentenced Friday to 69-months in prison for killing an Eyota man by shoving him during an altercation two years ago.40-year-old Trevor Morten, who earlier pleaded guilty to a second-degree manslaughter charge for his role in the death of 44-year-old Jamie Unverzaght, was also ordered to pay over $12,000 dollars in restitution.  Morten was originally charged with second-degree murder for the deadly incident outside the Eyota American Legion Club. Investigators say the shove caused Unverzaght to fall and strike his head on a parking post, resulting in fatal blunt force head injuries.  Morten told investigators Unverzaght had made some derogatory comments about his wife.
