A Rochester teenager has pleaded guilty to a drive-by shooting charge in Olmsted County Juvenile Court. 17-year-old Matthew Miller was accused of firing a number of shots at a car in the 200 block of 15th Avenue Southeast on December 23rd. No injuries were reported. Miller’s plea agreement calls for an extended juvenile jurisdiction sentence, which will keep him under the court’s supervision until his 21st birthday. A 16-year-old boy was also charged in the case, but the most serious charges against him were recently dismissed as a result of a probable cause challenge.
