Section Baseball Results From May 23 2015

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  Section One baseball action continues Monday with three Rochester teams still in the running for a shot at the state tournament.

In 1AA action, Lourdes beat Byron 4-1 Saturday and will face Cannon Falls Monday in a 3 p.m. game at Stewartville for the west subsection title.

In 1AAA, Century beat Farmington 5-4 Saturday and plays Monday against #1 seed Northfield, a 3-0 winner over Austin.  The 1:30 game will be played at Dundas.  Owatonna knocked John Marshall into the losers’ bracket by defeating the Rockets 5-1.  JM faces Red Wing Monday in an 11 a.m. game at John Adams.
