See Inside a Real Hobbit House a Day Trip from the Tri-States
If you've secretly been hiding a ring with plans on taking it to Mt. Doom, I've found a place you need to stay at that's an easy day trip from the tri-state area. It's a real Hobbit house and yes, you can really stay there...my precious.
I found the Wee Nook nestled away quietly on Airbnb near McEwen, Tennessee. It's northwest of Nashville which makes it an easy half-day drive for a fun weekend away that would make Tolkien proud.

Hosts Catie and Marcia quote Mr. Tolkien when they shared this on their listing:
As JRR Tolkien said: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hold, and that means comfort.”
According to the listing on Airbnb, this quaint Lord of the Rings experience hosts two for a nightly cost of $180 per night as of this writing. It's much-loved by visitors with a near perfect 4.99 out of 5 rating average.
What say you? Is it precious or shall you be like Gandalf and declare that you shall not pass?
