(LeCenter, MN) MNN  --  A Le Sueur County grand jury has indicted a Montgomery teen of first-degree murder in the killing of his father.  Eighteen-year-old Jonas Nelson was originally charged with second-degree murder in the January 6th shooting death of 47-year-old Richard Nelson.  Jonas admitted to police that he shot his father in the head while he slept because he was tired of the way he was being treated.  Prosecutors will now seek a life sentence without parole for Nelson.  He remains in custody and his next court hearing is July 15th.
