The State Patrol crash report indicates the injured motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet.

The reservoir along the Zumbro River in northern Olmsted County and southern Wabasha County was listed as impaired in 2002 by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA).

That’s according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), which says the closure is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, June 3.

Over the weekend the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office shared a Facebook post about the stolen watercraft. It was said to have been taken from the family’s campsite in Wabasha County.

He was also accused of threatening to kill the robbery victims if they contacted police.

The twisters left a wake of damage behind. The National Weather Service says the storm damaged more than 100 homes in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin.

45-year-old Craig Alan Hameister entered a plea agreement last week for the death of 34-year-old Melissa Nicole Hunt.

The crash was reported around 1:40 AM.

He was arrested following an hour-long standoff in an area near Chester Woods Park east of Rochester.
