Minnesota is served by two National Weather Service (NWS) offices: Duluth and Chanhassen (Twin Cities). These offices provide weather, water, and climate forecasts and warnings to the public, media, emergency services, and other agencies. Staffed 24/7 year-round, NWS meteorologists monitor statewide conditions, with additional support from the La Crosse, Wisconsin NWS office.
The National Weather Service in La Crosse issued an update Sunday morning for Rochester and Southeast Minnesota. They're forecasting a taste of winter for the Thanksgiving holiday.
