As the Twins continue to have a very disappointing season, they made their second trade of the deadline by dealing Fernando Abad to the Boston Red Sox according to Jon Heyman of MLB Network.

Light has struggled to find consistency on the mound and has failed to reach the Majors for longer than a two-game appearance earlier this season.

He was originally drafted as a starter but, after being converted to relief last season, his career turned around as he relied on his big fastball and good splitter to retire hitters.

This could be the end of moves made by the Twins, or it could be the start of multiple, with the Twins rumored to be shopping Brandon Kintzler and Tommy Milone around the league.
