Another Sunday, another loss for the Minnesota Vikings. After starting the season 5-0, the team has now lost four straight games, after the Vikings fell to Washington 26-20 on Sunday afternoon.

Sam Bradford completed 31 of 40 passes for 307 yards, despite the loss, and Stefon Diggs had 13 catches for 164 yards. But the offensive line continued to struggle, allowing Bradford to be sacked three times, and the running game remained nearly non-existent, gaining only 47 yards on 21 carries for a paltry 2.1 average.

Despite their one-dimensional offense, the Vikings took a 20-14 lead into halftime, having scored all 20 points in the second quarter. Evidently, they left that offensive explosion in the locker room when they came out for the second half, as they failed to score after halftime.

Washington kicker Dustin Hopkins provided all the scoring in the second half, hitting four field goals as Washington overturned the halftime deficit to claim a 26-20 victory. Washington quarterback Kirk Cousins threw for 262 yards and two touchdowns in the win, and running back Robert Kelley added 97 yards rushing.

The Vikings will be back in action at home against the Arizona Cardinal next Sunday, hoping to end their losing streak and regain some momentum for the rest of the season.
