TNT sideline reporter Craig Sager left his mark on the ESPYS with a moving speech about the leukemia he's battling.

The man known for his outrageous blazers -- as well as his interviews with San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich -- took the stage to accept the Jimmy V Award for Perseverance and waxed poetic and philosophical about his condition.

Despite the gravity of his illness, Sager, 65, remains optimistic and shared his joy in his uplifting words, saying, "I will never give in. I will continue to keep fighting, sucking the marrow out of life as marrow sucks the life out of me."

When you stop and truly think about all that Sager has gone through, you can't help but be awed by his resolute and cheerful attitude.
