Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Motorists are being advised of another major traffic disruption in Rochester.

Just days after the City of Rochester closed Civic Center Drive Northwest between 4th and 11th Avenues for some unforeseen problems associated with a utility project, the Olmsted County Public Works Department will begin restricting traffic on Monday for a $1.8 million concrete rehabilitation project on West Circle Drive. Officials say motorists should expect delays and seek alternate routes until the work is completed in late October.

The work will be done in phases during which traffic will be maintained in one lane in each direction in 2-mile long segments. The first phase, which begins Monday, will be between 12th Street Southwest and 2nd Street Southwest.
