Another wintry morning commute

Heavy snow is being reported across southeast Minnesota this morning with 6 - 7 inches in some areas.  

The Rochester airport recorded around 4 inches through midnight and it continued snowing through the early morning hours.  Crews have been clearing main roads and streets in the city but many residential areas may have to endure a rough morning commute.  Rochester and several other school districts are opening late because of the poor driving conditions.
