Downtown Building Demolished

The former C.O. Brown Insurance Building in downtown Rochester was torn down on Friday.Titan Development, which is among the companies owned by the Chafoulias family, plans to develop the property along South Broadway. The project involves a six-story building at the site that will include a mix of retail and office space with a restaurant on street level. Construction work is expected to get underway this spring.
